2020年8月，中华医学会胸心血管外科学分会（Chinese Society for Thoracic and CardiovascularSurgery，CSTCVS）联合中国医师协会胸外科医师分会（Chinese Association of Thoracic Surgeons，CATS）发布了单孔胸腔镜治疗肺癌的专家共识。单孔胸腔镜手术 (UniVATS)在中国被广泛采用，本文主要总结了 UniVATS在肺癌治疗中的应用现状，并未今后 UniVATS在肺癌治疗中的进一步发展提供参考。
